This policy applies to physical PL$Y merchandise sold by Play Money, LLC.


1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:
  • Items are unused

  • Items are in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided


Final sale items, including limited edition drops, cannot be returned.


2. Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery to:
support@getplaymoney.com

Include photos and order details.

We will replace or refund eligible orders.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.


5. Return Shipping

Customers pay return shipping costs unless the return is due to an issue with our product (damaged or not as described) or a mistake on our end.
