Shipping for PL$Y merchandise is handled by Play Money, LLC.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Delivery Estimates
US: 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days
Times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times are estimated from the shipping date. Weather conditions and high-volume periods may affect delivery times.

4. Tracking

Marked “delivered” packages are the customer’s responsibility, but we will always help where possible.
